We offer three tiers of recurring residential cleaning, each designed to meet a different level of need.
Service Tiers

Standard
The essentials, done right.
- General dusting and surface wipe-down throughout
- Vacuum and mop all floors
- Kitchen surfaces and exterior appliance wipe-down
- Bathrooms cleaned and sanitized
- Mirrors polished
- Sink and faucet detail
- Trash emptied throughout
Best for: Homes that stay reasonably maintained and need consistent, reliable upkeep.
Premium
The standard most homes deserve.
Everything in Standard, plus:
- Fresh sheet change on all beds
- Microwave interior and exterior
- Cabinet exteriors and drawer fronts
- Detailed bathroom scrub including grout
- Refrigerator exterior and drip tray
- Ceiling fans
Best for: Homeowners who want a thorough, detail-oriented clean on a recurring basis.
Elite
Nothing overlooked. Nothing rushed.
Everything in Premium, plus:
- All trim work cleaned throughout
- Blinds and shutters dusted and wiped
- Light fixtures and vents
- Window sill cleaning
Best for: Clients who want a comprehensive, top-to-bottom clean and invest in the highest level of service.
A note on interior windows: Interior window cleaning is available as a scoped add-on. Because window scope varies significantly by home — two-story rooms, large casements, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors are common in our area — we assess and price window cleaning individually. All interior window cleaning is performed from floor level. Ask about it when you request your quote.
A note on first visits
All new clients begin with a one-time deep clean prior to their first scheduled recurring visit. This allows us to bring your home up to The Coastal Standard before maintenance begins. First-visit pricing reflects the additional scope and time required — your recurring rate takes effect from the second visit forward.
Add-On Services
A little more, when you need it.
Some services are best handled on their own terms — scoped to your home, scheduled when you need them, and priced accordingly. Available to any recurring service client.
Refrigerator Deep Clean
Quoted per home
A surface wipe isn't enough to address what builds up over time. Our refrigerator deep clean goes well beyond the exterior.
- Everything removed, shelves and drawers scrubbed and rinsed
- Interior walls, door panels, and gaskets wiped down
- Hard-to-reach areas including gaskets and bottom tray
- Exterior cleaned top to bottom
- Everything returned neatly, deodorized and refreshed
Oven Deep Clean
Quoted per home
One of the most avoided tasks in any kitchen — and one of the most satisfying when it's done properly.
- Interior racks removed and cleaned
- Oven walls and floor scrubbed
- Door glass cleaned inside and out
- Exterior wiped down
Interior Window Cleaning
Quoted per home
Available for any service level. Assessed individually based on window type, quantity, and accessibility. All work performed from floor level.
Cabinet Interior Cleaning
Quoted per home
Cabinets emptied, interior surfaces wiped down, items returned. Scope and pricing based on number of cabinets and current condition.
Cabinet Organization
Quoted per home
Full cabinet reorganization scoped to your preferences. We'll work with you before the visit to understand how you'd like things arranged. Client presence required for initial walkthrough.
Linen & Towel Refresh
Quoted per home
A hotel-style turnover that goes beyond a standard sheet change. Every bed remade with fresh linens, every bathroom restocked with clean towels — and the first load started in the wash before we leave.
- All beds stripped and remade with fresh linens from your linen closet

Specialty Services
For the moments that call for something more.
Some cleaning needs don't fit a recurring schedule. Our specialty services are designed for major transitions, fresh starts, and homes that need to be brought back to standard. All specialty services are quoted individually.
Move-In / Move-Out Clean
A top-to-bottom clean designed to leave the home in pristine condition. Every surface, every cabinet, every appliance, every closet — nothing assumed, nothing skipped.
Ideal for: New homeowners, outgoing tenants, landlords, and real estate transactions.
Post-Construction Clean
Construction leaves fine dust that settles everywhere and residue on surfaces that look clean until you look closely. A multi-phase process that removes what a standard clean won't catch.
Ideal for: New builds, renovations, and kitchen or bath remodels.
Deep Clean / One-Time Clean
A comprehensive single-visit service that brings your home up to standard. Also the required first visit for clients transitioning to recurring service — this establishes the baseline we'll maintain going forward.
Ideal for: First-time clients and homes that need a reset.
Event Prep / Post-Event Clean
Hosting takes enough energy. Pre-event cleans get your home guest-ready; post-event cleans return it to normal without you lifting a finger.
Ideal for: Private homes, short-term rentals, and hosted gatherings.
Seasonal Deep Clean
Twice a year — spring and fall — your home benefits from a more thorough pass than routine maintenance provides. Covers the surfaces and areas that accumulate quietly over months.
Recommended in addition to any recurring service tier.
