What is Home Watch

A vacant home isn't a safe home. It's a liability.

Small problems become expensive ones fast when no one is watching. A slow leak, a tripped breaker, an HVAC failure in July — these are the things that cost thousands when they go unnoticed. Home Watch is the professional, recurring presence that makes sure nothing slips through.

We visit your home on a schedule you choose — weekly, biweekly, or monthly — conducting a thorough interior and exterior inspection each time. Every visit is documented with a detailed digital report sent directly to you, including photos, findings, and GPS-verified visit confirmation.

If we find something that needs attention, we notify you immediately and coordinate access for whatever vendors you direct us to work with. You make the calls — we make sure someone reliable is there.
