Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team, whose schedules and livelihoods depend on predictable bookings.

48-hour notice required. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged a $50 cancellation fee to the card on file.

Recurring service clients receive one courtesy cancellation per service year — calculated from your original start date — at no charge. You will be notified when your courtesy cancellation has been used, and the standard $50 fee will apply to any subsequent short-notice cancellations within that service year.

Special circumstances. We recognize that true emergencies, serious illness, and severe weather events fall outside the scope of a standard cancellation policy. These situations are handled at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis. If you are facing an unexpected hardship, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
